To get started, reach out through your preferred mode of contact (e.g., email, phone, or through the contact form) and include your name (first, last), as well as your contact information so that I can get in touch with you. You should hear from me within 1-2 business days to schedule a free phone or televideo consultation where I can answer questions, provide additional information, and learn about what’s bringing you in. The consultation is nonbinding and designed to be a low-stress opportunity for us to see whether we’re a good fit.

Very human. I swear (with your consent), I make jokes, I laugh, and I’ll challenge you. What it means to be challenged varies by person, but it often involves doing deeper work to better understand any underlying wounds, which is an important part of the healing process. I believe we grow when we allow ourselves to lean into discomfort and go outside of our comfort zones. That said, it takes time, energy, and a lot of bravery to explore areas that are unknown or can be distressing. You get to decide if, when, how far, and at what pace we go at. I’ll ask for feedback about how something landed so that I can make adjustments as needed. I encourage opportunities for you to connect with yourself in the moment, communicate needs, place boundaries, and practice grounding/coping skills. Even if you can, you don’t have to do this alone (Life is tough enough already!).

Yes! I value being able to offer accessible services when possible. If finances are a barrier to care, please inquire about reduced fee options.

There are a few reasons why I am not currently paneled with insurance providers.
As a postdoctoral resident, I am unable to get paneled with insurance companies. However, my supervisor may be able to provide a superbill that you can submit for reimbursement depending on your plan’s benefits (e.g., Out-of-Network benefits).
Working through insurance issues can take away time and attention from other responsibilities. Removing this from your treatment’s equation allows me to focus on you and your goals. I am able to spend that time researching, engaging in clinical trainings, supervision, consultation, and treatment planning, helping us make the most out of each session.
