Before beginning individual psychotherapy or psychological testing, the intake session will focus on collecting a comprehensive personal history that covers areas such as childhood, family, social, and occupational experiences, in addition to current difficulties (what is bringing you in for services), and identifying your initial hopes/goals.

I provide psychological testing for concerns related to attention, memory, processing speed, verbal and nonverbal processing skills, visual-spatial coordination, and executive and intellectual functioning. Achievement-based batteries and personality testing is also available and integrated depending on the referral question(s) and the complexity of the differential diagnostic process.

A comprehensive personal history will be gathered during an intake appointment prior to testing session(s). The deposit will cover this session.

My approach to differential diagnosis and assessment is collaborative and relational. This process is meant to be therapeutic and provide clarity and increased self-understanding. If formal testing batteries are needed in the diagnostic process, they will be administered following standardized protocols.

The fee is dependent on complexity. An estimate can be provided upon request following the initial consultation (free, nonbinding).

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical or mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers must provide clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance with an estimate of the expected charges for services.

You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services or at any time during treatment.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
